CCC MEMBER UPDATE > SEPT 8
We hope everyone enjoyed their holiday weekend. We got another significant shot of rain overnight. The course is a little damp out there, please be cautious and stay on the paths when possible. We will have the bar and kitchen open this afternoon until 8 PM.
CCC 3 MAN SCRAMBLE > SAT OCT 3
The final Club event of the season is the first Saturday in October. It is a 3-person scramble, 18 holes, shotgun start 10:30 AM (weather permitting). Teams are flighted based off ability. To sign up for the tournament > CLICK HERE!
CCC BOARD INTEREST
It is that time of year where the Club starts looking for potential interest to serve on the Board of Directors. If you are interested, please fill out the following form > CLICK HERE!
The GM/Board will go through a process to sort through the candidates and then come up with recommendations to be voted on at the annual meeting in November. Please be thoughtful and thorough on your application to give yourself the best chance of being selected. Over the years it has been hard to find people and in more recent years, much more interest than spots available. There are always committees you can serve on to get involved if you are looking for a more active role. There is never a shortage of getting good people who want the Club to succeed involved in some capacity!

We have about 7 team spots remaining for the Golden Ticket before we start a waiting list. Make sure to get your team registered to give you the best chance of getting in. Teams with members will get first priority. Deadline is Sept 10th.

2027 MEMBERSHIP STATUS
If you are Age 35 & under, a first or second year member, please fill out the following form for us > CLICK HERE! We are trying to figure out who will be returning for next season as we navigate our waiting list and interest from others. We are currently at our membership cap so may not have a ton of spots for next year. If you know of any family or friends who are interested in membership, they should have reached yesterday!
FALL HOURS/OPERATION
Please check your app notifications daily on what the hours of operation are. We will send out a message each day so you know exactly what is going on. It is a great resource to have instead of relying on these emails which are less frequent.
Bar > We will have the bar open every day in some capacity. It will vary a little based on staff availability and weather, but we will focus on the afternoon/evening hours.
Kitchen > We will continue to run the kitchen through the end of the month. We are fortunate to have the staffing to do that currently, so we will continue to provide that service. Hours will start to shrink and we will be going more like 2 to 8 PM during the week and noon to 6pm on the weekends (when there aren't events).
Golf Shop > We will be open 1/2 hour before the first tee time we take. We will be closing the Golf Shop and range by 6 PM. We will be going off the mats the majority of the Fall as it is more for warming up than practice at this point in the season. Please be mindful of when you turn your carts in. It is getting difficult to get 18 holes in after work. Carts should be in by 7:30 PM this time of year.
