CCC MEMBER UPDATE > NOV 24 

Happy Monday!  It's hard to imagine it has almost been a month since the golf season closed for 2025.  It looks like the weather may finally be turning this week.   Just a few things to highlight this week as we head into the 2026 season.

GOLF SIMULATOR

Reminder to get signed up for the offseason golf simulator that is slated to start by December 1st.  We recently invested into a brand-new system (Falcon Foresight) so we are excited to debut that.  We also are planning on selling the old unit (Uneeker Eye XO) please reach out if you are interested.  We would prefer to sell it to a member or someone local.  The sauna will also be available for use to those who participate this offseason.  We have some good interest in the golf simulator - so there could be a point where we need to limit the number of "memberships".   So make sure to get signed up this week for that!  To sign-CLICK HERE!

MEMBERSHIP/BILLING

We will be running the last payment for 2025 tomorrow (11/25).  At that point, everyone should be paid in full from this past golf season.  You will start to see 2026 billing at the end of the month.  There are different age categories and situations for members to keep track of.  We will be reaching out to you individually to get your status for 2026 as well as get you the information on what dues/assessments/stocks etc. will be.  To get more info on pricing > CLICK HERE!

STOCK PLAN REVISION VOTEThose of you who are shareholders should have received an email to vote for the Stock Plan revisions.  If you did not get it for some reason, please do so by the end of the week.  Your vote will only count if you are officially a shareholder - if you don't know what that means, you probably aren't one :)

CCC CALENDAR 2026The Club event calendar has been officially set for 2026.  It is a weird calendar year, so there are some dates that you should confirm.  Thanks to the Kalli outing for moving their event to accommodate our Member Guest (Aug 7/8).  Some of the outside events are not confirmed yet, but they are listed in the corresponding date.  We eliminated a couple things from the calendar to try to free up some more member play on days.  

CONDOLENCES 

To the family of Denny Modec who passed away earlier this month.  Denny was a 3-time Club President and was very involved in the early 2000s.
