 CCC MEMBER UPDATE > JAN 24TH

We are certainly making up for the mild start to January - and then some.  This is the brutal stretch of winter where we question why we even live here.  But hopefully we will snap out of it soon!  The clubhouse ran into some pipe issues that impacted the heat.  The temps are cooler than normal as it has had a hard time catching up with these frigid temps in an old building.  So if you are a sim user, you may want to prep for those cooler temps in there. 

MEMBERSHIP NOW FULL!

As we mentioned all offseason, we did finally reach our membership cap for 2026.  We are full - and still have some people on the waiting list.  It is definitely unchartered territory for us the past couple of seasons, but it seems to be trending that way and may even sustain itself for a while.  We continue to see less and less turnover, so it will become increasingly difficult to join in the future.  Encourage those you may know to start the process by getting on our waiting list, so they have the best chance to join for 2027.  There is always an outside chance something opens up in the Spring too.

CCC RAFFLE SUSPENDED

The Board voted to suspend the current CCC Spring Raffle until further notice.  Now that we have a clear understanding of where membership is going to be, we are comfortable with the financial picture for 2026.  We will continue to invest into projects at the Club and have the capital to do so.  The raffle was crucial for us for several years to help us with deferred maintenance.  It will always be an option if needed down the road.  One less requirement for those members who have been around for a while.

SEASONAL CART

We will be billing out the seasonal carts in March.  We will bill out based on 2025.  If you would like to eliminate, add or change from single/family status, please let us know by filling out this form.  Also, any new members, this would be a good time to select your choice.  The seasonal options are priced to benefit members - they make sense for many people, especially if you play more than once a week.
